PERSONAL BRANDING AND POSITIONING WORKSHOP
In this workshop, you will gain insights and tools to position yourself as an attractive board candidate and learn how to use communication to showcase your expertise and the value you add. Boards are built on competencies, but also on each member's willingness to influence and drive change. Through effective leadership communication, you can highlight both.
You will receive practical tips and examples of how to build your brand, become more visible, and stand out from the crowd.
The workshop will be highly interactive and led by Mona-Maria, Managing Director and Partner at Birn+Partners Finland and Baltics, and Sofie Lambertsson, Managing Director at Birn+Partners Sweden.

About Sofie:
As Managing Director and Senior Executive Consultant at Birn+Partners, she support owners, boards and CEOs in executive search, board services and leadership advisory – across Sweden and Europe.
Her background combines more than a decade in senior leadership roles with hands-on experience of building, scaling and transforming organisations. She has worked closely with founders, private equity owners and boards in growth, restructuring and succession contexts.
About Mona-Maria
Mona-Maria is an expert in leadership consulting, corporate development and executive search. As Managing Director and Partner at Birn+Partners Finland and Baltics, she also leads the firm's Nordic team and its Life Science Industry Practice. Her career spans more than 30 years in business development and sales, including over two decades as CEO of several companies, with an international track record across consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotech, marketing and communications.
She has completed more than 600 executive searches and consulting mandates. She has also managed interim business operations since 2001 and designed leadership development programmes for more than 130 executives and managers. As an advisor, she champions DEI and ESG principles to help leadership teams prepare for the future of work. Mona-Maria currently serves as President of FEX, the Finnish Executive Search Firms' Association.

We completely understand that plans sometimes change. At the same time, last-minute no-shows can lead to unnecessary costs and food waste. Therefore, we will introduce a no-show fee if you are registered but do not attend and have not informed us beforehand.
